I share my story as a beacon of hope and connection.
I overcame chronic neurovascular disease, sensory processing challenges, anxiety, insomnia, dizziness, night terrors, skin rashes, photosensitivity, IBD, heart palpitations, hair loss, and recurrent staph infections by minimizing my exposures to Wireless Radiation.
This was after many years of trying other approaches to heal.
It makes sense in hindsight.
Wireless Radiation was an invisible stressor on my nervous system and overall functioning.
By removing this invisible stressor, my body was able to regain equilibrium and heal.
My cat showed improvements as well―both behaviorally and physically.
She became more playful, less aggressive, her fur thickened, and her sleep regulated. She purrs FAR more frequently, and her distress tolerance increased.
Wireless Radiation was the missing piece.

The diseased hand in these photos is the hand which held my cell phone and wireless mouse for excessive hours each day.
This is also my non-dominant hand, which puzzled doctors for years, as it did not follow the typical pattern of inflammation being worse on one's dominant hand.
As you can see from the photos, the 4th and 5th digits of my non-dominant hand were the most diseased and inflamed.
These are the fingers I would balance the bottom portion of my cell phone upon while reading in bed for hours each day.
The more my health deteriorated, the more I used my cell phone as a source of information and connection. I see many people taking similar actions today.
For years, I searched for others with similar health symptoms to see what might could help.
My body remained in a state of chronic inflammation despite many changes to my diet, environment, lifestyle, medications, etc.
Within six months of minimizing exposures to Wireless Radiation, my hands, skin rashes, recurrent staph infections, and nails healed for the first time in years.
Insomnia, heart palpitations, anxiety, and night terrors resolved on their own.
My chronic health challenges, including IBD, went into remission.
Calprotectin improved from 433.3 mcg/g on 10-21-2020 to 1 mcg/g on 9-19-2022.
Erythromelalgia, Raynaud's, neurovascular conditions, chest pain, hip pain, dizziness, fatigue, photosensitivity, and chilblains all resolved themselves.
My hair grew back over the following year. My weight restored from being severely underweight.
My strength + vitality returned over the following two years.

After minimizing exposures to Wireless Radiation, my Sensory Processing challenges improved significantly (!!)
Being Neurodivergent is no longer a tormenting feat.

As you may be aware, the U.S. exposure standards for Wireless Radiation have NOT been updated since 1996!
This is more than a quarter of a century ago―when many people were using flip phones as their sole device.
We are relying upon these 1996 standards to assume our current devices and cumulative levels of Wireless Radiation are safe, despite ample evidence of biological harm.
I had no idea and would have reduced my exposures much earlier.

Similarly, Wireless Radiation is an important missing piece for understanding long-COVID, acute illness, and chronic illness.
We are mammals with an innate electrophysiology that magnificently powers our bodies.
We are living during a time of rapid increases in Wireless Radiation and electro-smog.
Our bodies are doing the best they can to adapt and evolve.
Many people―including children―are experiencing challenges to access basic services, such as groceries and medical facilities, due to the close proximity of cell towers, antennas, Wi-Fi routers, Smart Meters, and radiating Smart devices.
This creates a substantial density of electro-smog for our bodies to handle.
Let us not forget the ancestral wisdom of the "canaries in the coal mine."
It is my heartfelt hope to raise awareness of this topic, so we can improve the living conditions of our planet.
Wireless Radiation is a biological stressor variable that can be modified back to reasonable levels with collaboration and care.
It is not too late.
It requires our help and awareness.
